Easy Returns & Exchanges
All products have a lifetime warranty if not misused, or stored incorrectly or handling instructions are ignored. If a product is defective or damaged you can mail it back to us.
Contact us by email here and we will send an RMA number for your use. We do not pay for the return shipping.
We will pay for the shipping on the replacement of the same product, if we still carry it. If the product is discontinued, you may choose a replacement item of the same price. If the product is found not to be defective or you just want a refund, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. A full refund will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item. Please send contact information (email or phone number) when you return an item(s) so we can contact you if there are any discrepancies.
We suggest that you do a short test of all products when you receive them to make sure that they work.
